We fulfill all online orders within 1 business day of purchase. We only ship to all United States via USPS (United States Postal Service).
FREE SHIPPING for ALL orders: We also offer curbside pickup.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking information. Transit times may vary, depending on where your package is being shipped.
During holiday periods, order processing and transit times may increase.
We are unable to cancel or change orders after they are placed through this website. We make every effort to ship orders immediately upon receipt, which leaves us no window of time for editing or canceling an order.
We want every customer to be happy with their purchases from Encore Teas. We guarantee our quality tea will leave our facility in peak condition. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returned teas. Therefore, sales on teas are final.
If you are uncertain about a new tea you have never tried, we recommend contacting us beforehand so that we can help guide your purchasing process.
Teaware & Accessories: We do not allow customers to return Teaware once it has been shipped, except for individual cases that we will review. We make every effort to describe and photograph these products so you can make a very informative decision.
In cases of a broken or defective product, please contact customer service within 72 hours, by email or phone. Have the order number ready, the name on the order and what seems to be broken.
