A beautifully balanced oolong with a deep, yet faint, ripe fruitiness in the background. The flavor is slightly honey-floral and nutty, with hints of white sesame and cinnamon. There is a lingering sweet caramel aftertaste due to a high fire roasting technique.
Ingredients: Roasted Chinese Oolong Tea
1 Tbsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz 195˚ water, steep for 3-5 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
