White Tip describes the white furry tips accompanied by the next two leaves on the stem. Our White Tip oolong has a deep oxidation (close to black tea) that reveals hints of spices, citrus marmalade and a sweet honey finish.
Ingredients: Taiwanese Oolong Tea
1 Tbsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz boiling water, steep for 3-5 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
