Made from unopened buds and the youngest two leaves on the bush. More buds are included than is typical for classic Peony. The brew is very light with faintly floral, warm and sugary flavor, like honeydew or white nectarine. Soft mouthfeel and clean, uplifting finish.
Ingredients: Chinese White Tea
2 Tbsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz 180˚ water, steep for 2-3 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
