A relatively new cultivar in the world of oolong teas, prized for its inherent cream and butter notes. The finest, true Milk Oolongs offer lightly roasted, rolled leaves that yield a light-bodied cup with sweet buttery texture and delicate floral aroma.
Ingredients: Chinese Oolong Tea
115 Quanzhou Milk
2 tsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz 190˚ water, steep for 2-4 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
