A sweet, mild Chinese tea made from unopened tea buds, as well as the two newest leaves to sprout. The aroma is warm, floral and rich like fruit blossoms. The brew is golden and bright. Clean, succulent floral-fruit flavor, melon sweetness and rounded mouthfeel.
Ingredients: Chinese White Tea
2 Tbsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz 180˚ water, steep for 2-3 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
