A floral whole leaf green tea from the Nilgiri mountains of South India. Inspired by the Chinese Lung Ching, whose leaves are flattened and pan fired. Because of the green leaf’s low tannin content it is very forgiving.

2 tsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz 180˚ water, steep for 2-3 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
