A lightly oxidized oolong from Fujian, China that produces a lush, light-green-yellow brew often described as buttery. Notes are softly sweet and floral, with a complex mouthfeel.
Ingredients: Chinese Oolong Tea
1.5 tsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz 190˚ water, steep for 2-4 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
