Native to Southeast Asia, lemongrass has a delicate lemon taste, with slight hint of sweet ginger, and very aromatic floral fragrance. Smooth and fragrant when steeped as a simple cup of tea, soft mouthfeel and clean finish. Greatly uplifting, yet naturally caffeine free.
1.5 Tbsp (3-4 g) of tea for every 8 oz boiling water, steep 6-8 minutes. To cold-brew use unheated water, steep in refrigerator 6-12 hours, then strain.
