A light black tea with an unusually long wither and a short oxidization, from a new tea region in Northern India. Fragrant and smooth with a vegetal finish.
Ingredients: Organic Indian Black Tea from Champawat Gardens
1.5 tsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz boiling water, steep for 3-4 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
