A rare tea from a new Himalayan tea region in Northern India. Fragrant and reminiscent of its Darjeeling counterpart but with a crisp, vegetal finish.

Kumaon Black organic
1.5 tsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz boiling water, steep for 3-4 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
