A rare spring tea made using the bud and first two leaves of the plant. Harvested just as it awakens from winter dormancy and minimally processed to preserve its natural freshness. Delicate aroma with thick body and a wonderful sweetness similar to honey melon.
Ingredients: Organic Indian White Tea from Champawat Garden
1 Tbsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz 180˚ water, steep for 2-3 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
