One of the finest teas to come out of Kenya's Kosabei estate. Golden tips lend the tea plenty of color and malty flavor. At once light and profound, gentle and astringent with notes of malt, currant and moist earth.
Ingredients: TGFOP Kenyan Black Tea
2 tsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz boiling water, steep for 3-5 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
