A whole leaf, high altitude black tea from Nilgiri, by veteran tea grower Indi Khanna. Notes of yams, tobacco, cocoa, and cherry. It has a slightly tannic, drying quality, giving the tea a fleeting bite that quickly mellows.
Ingredients: Indian Black Tea from Coonoor Estate
2 tsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz boiled water, steep for 3-5 minutes (longer may cause bitterness).
