This Mao Jian style tea from Hunan Province in China brews up light, smooth, sweet, with a very refreshing taste. It makes a great all-day-long tea and a marvelous introduction to straight green teas.
Ingredients: Chinese Hunan Green Tea
1 Tbsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz 180˚ water, steep for 2-3 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
