A special grade green tea from Zhejiang province, China. As the name implies, Gunpowder tea is made up of leaves hand-rolled into tiny pellets. It brews up a full-bodied cup with a hint of smokiness and a smooth mouthfeel.
Ingredients: Chinese Pinhead Gunpowder Green Tea
1.5 tsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz 180˚ water, steep for 2-3 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
