A hand-rolled tea, with leaves tightly curled into a spiral shape. The aroma is sweet with hints of honey and spice. Savory and winey on the palate with smooth, fruity astringency, tremendous depth of flavor, cinnamon bark and nutmeg in the finish.
Ingredients: Top-Grade Chinese Yunnan Black Tea
2.5 tsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz boiled water, steep for 3-5 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
