A darker style oolong tea from Taiwan. Deep raisiny and ripe fruit aroma, autumn 'leafy' notes. Lingering sweet flavor and smooth, fruity astringency. Easy to prepare and a lovely introduction to Taiwanese tea.
Ingredients: Taiwanese Oolong Tea
1 Tbsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz boiling water, steep for 3-5 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
