A rare tea, produced by hand rolling silvery buds of tea bushes into a tight pearl. With a fresh springtime aroma, the pearls produce a smooth, slightly creamy note with a hint of fresh picked vegetables. One of the most delicate of teas, appreciated for its subtlety.
Ingredients: Rolled Chinese White Tea
2 tsp (3-4 g) of tea per 8 oz 180˚ water, steep for 2-3 minutes (longer may cause bitterness). Leaves can be re-steeped.
